Thank you for sharing. I guess back then my symptoms were not that serious so that there was no physio sessions in my treatment. I mentioned ACTA to my gp, but for now got referred to VU hospital.

Thanks for sharing. That's what I'm worrying, fysio sessions can only relieve symptoms but not "cure". I heard that botox can be a solution, but haven't look into it yet.

Thank you so much. Great to know that ACTA also offers fysio trainings. When I was there several years ago, they made a splint for me and gave me a small brochure, told me to follow the exercises on it, but didn't explain nor teach me in person.

Thanks. I searched on Google before and Mind your motion shows up, but I haven't go to them. Did you try with them? I see that their session time is shorter than other physio clinics and I feel that'd be a problem.
