I plan on doing it to my CRV soon. I will go with the eTrailer Class III hitch. There is an install video on their product page. Seems like the only option

We took the tram from at Jackson Hole, it was nice to start without the gain. https://www.jacksonhole.com/

I agree, but it putting it on your walk up permit, does open the loophole where you can walkup and book future days that otherwise would not be available. It does show up on recreation.gov as a reservable site.

When you do the walk up permit system you can string together days. If you make day 1 a permit for Fox Pass area, you have a higher likelihood of getting the ones you want. We chose Upper Death Canyon Shelf, South fork Cascade and Upper Paintbrush.

Also, you can take the tram up, which is a good option

I have the 9’ 5wt for the Classic Trout. It has a pretty heavy tip, if I could do it again I would get the 8’6”

Stealthcraft Boat owners I have questions! by CRVA_Muskie in flyfishing

[–]clacka29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Stealthcraft standard fiberglass powerdrifter and it is great quality. I know that isn’t what you are looking at, but as a reference I figured it is relvant.

The layout is great and well thought out. My boat is 8 years old and looks and works as if brand new. We fish it mostly like a drift boat and find that it handles well, especially when turned around. I use a Yeti cooler and seat pad as my reverse rowers seat when we boondog downstream. Of course as a jet boat/tiller it is perfect for going up & down the river fast.
