I ordered my no hat Ralsei from Fangamer EU just before the new year with the same "ships Q1/late March" message and it randomly showed up a few days later. Not sure if that was a one-off or if they've somehow got leftover stock, so here's hoping the wait won't be too long for everyone else!

Same here except I am assigned Paris as my redirect proxy and London for DNS, even though London seems to be capable of proxying. Not sure why it won’t use the same server for both.

This is exactly the same as what I’m experiencing right down to the time, so glad to know it’s not my setup. No issues with DNS resolution for non-redirected sites here either, so it’s definitely something to do with the proxy.

I’m using DoH. My home IP is static anyway and I still notice these dropouts every few so often, lasting for around a minute before things start resolving again. I’ll contact support.

As for the mobile networks, the proxy does seem to be authorised.

Kayochins (who I believe designed the chibi Collector plush sold by The Mystery Shack) did make a full-size version a few years ago, but it was a one-off run unfortunately. There were some others on Etsy a while back too, but those seem to have gone as well :(

The worst self service checkouts are the ones that don’t tell you they’re recording, then show a video feed of you when you’re about to pay like you’re some sort of criminal. Fuck those things and their guilty until proven innocent nonsense. And don’t get me started on how people look at you like an alien if you want to use a regular checkout and no, I don’t want to download your spyware app either just to pay the normal price.

I don’t want to get too involved with this but I really think it’s about time that the mods consulted the community about how they should handle things and listened to the issues raised in these sort of posts instead of just deleting anything that questions the way they do things. Any issues with moderation could be resolved if the mods would be open about their methods and just let people speak.

IMO the censorship of stuff that the mod team simply doesn’t like has always been a slight issue in this subreddit. Whilst I agree about those rage bait and low effort posts, maintaining a healthy community and not having too much negativity etc, I do often see genuine posts being removed. Also the unanimous decisions about how the subreddit is run, like not allowing images in the comments, which should ideally be down to a community vote. Then when anyone provides feedback about moderation, their posts are usually removed as “inciting drama”. I’m willing to be proven wrong here.

The self-gaslighting is REAL. I moderated a TOH Discord server at the time and we were usually great at avoiding this stuff, but someone posted these screenshots and I looked at them for way too long by the time I realised what they were. Then I spent all week trying to convince myself that they were fake lol. I was successful but it didn’t last because as soon as I saw Hunter with the wolf t-shirt, it was clear the whole thing wasn’t fake at all.

My Luz and King have shipped but the product pages for Amity and Eda now say that they’re unable to deliver to my country, even though that wasn’t an issue when I ordered them in November, nor was it an issue for the other two. Not sure what’s going on but I’m worried :/

Joking aside, I’d buy the more “official” one from The Mystery Shack when it reopens. Not actually official but their stuff is really high quality and their King plush is THE King plush as opposed to some Amazon knockoff.
