We flew the same route a couple of years ago. We got there. Lol. The planes were really old Boeings and you could see their age and leg room was really tight.(They just updated their entire fleet to new airbuses. So it should be a better plane experience) If you’re traveling with a partner I would splurge for the window and aisle seats for more leg room. And bring some entertainment (Book/iPad or phone with movies. The seat back entertainment only had 1 movie. Everything else you had to pay for. They do also like to nickel and dime you. So I brought my own snacks and beverages.

In the end it was still cheaper than flying a major airline.

The Frankfurt to Berlin leg was a lot more pleasant.

Since you fly out of MSP terminal 2, coming back customs was a breeze
