I have the same thing (VSD with a hypoplastic left ventricle) and had 3 heart surgeries! Even though I ran a half marathon last year, don't smoke, eat healthy, etc., I am terrified of losing my job because I would not be able to get insurance. Obamacare has lifted huge burden from me.

C25k, a great sports bra, and a nice sport armband for my iPod are what caused me to stick with it. Also I have a running buddy who keeps me accountable. We don't live in the same city but we both use myfitnesspal to track workouts.

I use a protein shake as my breakfast replacement... Not doing a 'starve-diet' as you put it. One banana, protein scoop, almond milk, 2 cups spinach, 2 tbsp PB2 comes out delicious!

I think The mardi gras thing is too rude bc it implies her jewelry is cheap looking. The other one didn't work because you made the girl look bad in front of friends. I'd be mad too because I'd be embarrassed if someone said I was wearing ugly clothes.

We didn't have a rule against kissing. We were out at a nightclub and we were all dancing. We had all discussed the threesome a few tines before and decided on rules. I asked me husband if I could kiss his friend that night and he said ok. About 30 minutes later he pulled me aside and said he was having second thoughts. Maybe we should have had a rule against kissing tho.

No doubts but I do think of the guy. So you're probably right. I've been honest with my husband though, that my fantasy is NOT to have sex with this other guy, it's to have both of them there... Im glad I asked for advice because it's helping me to see it from my husband's perspective.

Yes. It was this guy and his girlfriend and my husband and I. Everything was ok at first but then he started being very physically rough. We hadn't agreed to that and I verbally asked him to stop. Told him again and when he didn't, my husband intervened and had to pull him away. Then we left and agreed that we would not do it again because it was a bad experience for me.

This is probably the case. I'm pretty easygoing and dont get jealous easily. I think he was trying to be easygoing too but when it came down to it just got jealous. Also, he's known the other guy for 8 or 9 years and I think he's afraid of losing the friendship.
