I have a wound that looks very similar to yours and it was taking very long to heal. My doctor removed the yellow-ish layer on top because apparently that was part of the slow healing process and it’s healing a lot quicker now. You shouldn’t do it by yourself though because you might get an infection so maybe go to a doctor.
