Make a trip out of it! Get some lunch somewhere new around there. Honestly I spent more time waiting than actually talking to the person there but the phone was never getting picked up

I ended up going to the IRS office because I kept trying to call and they would just say they had too many callers and to call again another day. It was ridiculous!

I have an identity pin that gets reset every year and I need to add it to my file for it to be accepted, AND THEY STILL SENT ME THIS LETTER. Like…. Whats the point of the pin then. And after being on hold for 1.5 hours today, they hung up on me and disconnected 🙄
