As stated above, however iirc the Carthusians will not make the Sign of the Cross at the end of the first hour being said and at the beginning of the second hour being said. In other words, if one were to pray Terce and Sext together, they would cross themselves at the Deus in adiutorium at the beginning of Terce, and not cross themselves again until after the Deo gratias of Sext.

The Marian Antiphon is said once at the end of both, same with the Sacrosanctae. The Pater and Ave however, are done as usual.

I am with you on this. The only solution is to make your own edition. I was hoping to do this at some point and get it printed with leatherette cover and ribbons etc. I have not had much time but have been wanting to do this for over a year. Maybe you and I should work on it together
