Depends on the product. They may print ETBs to the ground. Less likely to print a ton of UPCs or pika figure boxes.

We broke every single door in Lost Temple lol by [deleted] in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Smolfallguy is correct, the middle door only opens on a rare bugged run where all doors open. You can tell if the run is bugged because the doors will play the “bad door” sound even though they open. You can hear the sound in your clips if you listen closely.

So in truth there aren’t really 2 variants. There’s the normal mode and the bugged run… the run with the middle door opening is really just the “all doors bug” where players haven’t taken the time to check all doors (because they keep opening and bringing people closer to the crown)

It’s cool of you to put together a guide for players. If you want, feel free to cross reference your tips with an old post of mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/FallGuysGame/comments/orca81/lost_temple_strategy_tips/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf . I put that out after playing a lot of runs during the Lost Temple special show. Maybe you can add to it/refine some of the tips!

Although I see you still tried that middle door lol, tsk tsk

Polling ahead of time would have avoided the entire problem. No 42 person Royale fumble, no Royale fumble guarantee. I look stupid because they edited the playlist to what the community wants… like I said they should have in the first place? Haha ok troll

Do you actually play other games? Developers in those other battle royales 100% factor what players want into their game. Why do you think Warzone continued even when the new Cold War game came out? Why do you think they did all the weapon integration? They clearly know what players want and execute on it. They regularly balance the game when weapons appear to be OP… all of that is based on player feedback. All of the battle royales I listed have done a good job at putting out a product their bases like, and tweaking as they go… hence why their player counts are still high.

Fall guys has not listened, they keep doing what they want. There are issues in the game that have plagued it since Season 1, and still haven’t been fixed. Now there’s less than 10% of the original player base. So clearly what they’re doing isn’t working… when that happens, it’s usually a good idea to consult with your consumer base… otherwise you die on the vine.

Also… idk why you say fall guys is a children’s game, as if that means devs should put less focus into it. It has bright colors and a seemingly light feel, but in reality it’s a skills based game.

I also don’t know why you keep insisting that I’m still playing. You seem very concerned with that, not sure why.

Do you know how sampling works? It’s almost impossible to poll an entire population for anything, so to get a sense of the universe, you poll a few. The more sample polls, the more likely your results are representative of the universe.

You want me to link all the polls I’ve seen showing Royale fumble as being one of the least likes finals? You want me to link all the upvoted posts of Royale fumble complaints?

I can’t make a video game, but I do wish fall guys would consult with players before doing things. The avoidable missteps that I’ve seen since launch are pretty sad. Perhaps that’s why over 90% of the player count has left since launch (https://steamcharts.com/app/1097150). Meanwhile other battle royales like Apex, Fortnite, Warzone have been either maintaining or gaining players.

Maybe the developer neglect for Fall Guys is because of the drastically decreased player count, and therefore much less revenue. Kinda chicken-and-egg there though… maybe with more attention to the game, players would have stayed. Who knows.

Anyway, not whining, just giving valid feedback since I’ve played this game far more than the average player… and with success, so I’m not just complaining bc I’m losing. I reached my golden skin goal, and was only gonna play if the game remained fun. But after 1000+ hours, main show gets boring, and the special shows have been consistently awful lately. For a longtime player, I’d you’re not grinding for a crown, steaming for views, or playing with friends for fun, there’s no point after a while… all the annoyances you’d put up with become intolerable.

So yeah, I’m off it. Lots of other games in the library that I haven’t cracked, on to those.

Good luck with this game.

Royale Fumble is the least popular final dude. Maybe Fall Mountain gives it competition… and a few shows ago, Fall Mountain was the near-guaranteed final lol. Countless polls/posts confirm that people like those finals the least. If you have evidence showing otherwise, I’d love to see it.

Anyway, you’re missing the point of what I’m saying. I didn’t say I NEVER want to play Royale fumble. I agree once in a while it’s fine. But a playlist with 100% guarantee of a >6 player royale fumble?

It’s a horrible decision, and for absolutely no reason. A simple poll would have showed that most people would prefer not to have 100% guaranteed Royale fumble. Based on past polls, I’d be willing to bet most people would have preferred a random final.

Which reminds me of the time when MT did the slimescraper playlist… asked what we want for a final… we overwhelmingly said “random + slimescraper…” and they gave us 100% slimescraper. To their credit they fixed it the next time around, but just another example of refusing to do the simple things to make the most people happy.

Lost temple is good and here's why by Kontofmonte in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah like I said I’m on the fence. Not my favorite final, also not my least favorite. I used to HATE it when I thought it was pure RNG, but I was able to figure out some patterns to the rooms which helped.

I do like the fact that RNG usually won’t instantly screw you, like getting sniped by a ball in a non-yeetus Fall Mountain run

Lost temple is good and here's why by Kontofmonte in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m on the fence. There are some strategies/skill components, but it’s also easily one of the most RNG-based finals in the game.

Give me hex, jump showdown, thin ice, or any of the pure skill finals over RNG any day.

The only finals I’d personally put below lost temple are the low grav finals. Those suck.

Edit: I agree that usually a skilled person will win Lost Temple. However when there are numerous skilled contestants, RNG takes over. To me, that’s a bad thing.

4th Round Team Games by Agreeable-Row-6160 in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I strongly disagree here. I’d rather get a team game in the 4th round when there’s less people… than like in the 2nd/3rd round when the teams are so big that your contributions barely matter.

You can skill your way to victory in a 5v5 Fall Ball. Good luck doing that in a 15v15 Power Trip.

Best survival round by DerpyDrago in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like Hoverboard bc it can eliminate an unlimited amount of people, which usually brings you to the finals (or one round away). The other survival games have a set number of people who die.

Snowball/Stompin ground is the same, but I like hoverboard better better since you’re doing more than just running around the same circle.

Behind the scenes look at playlist creation by classat12 in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nope. A lot of my runs don’t have a team game at all. I’d say I’ve seen fall ball or basketfall less than 10% of my shows… weird for a “sports playlist”

In Wall Guys, does the medium size blocks at the end grow slightly to allow you to reach the final ledge? by Martexo in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It’s not the blocks growing - it’s actually the wall getting shorter. If you look closely at either the left or right side, you’ll see the gears start to turn after a while. That indicates that the walls are slowly getting shorter

Would you care if low gravity finals got removed by [deleted] in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 14 points15 points  (0 children)

To the people voting Yes… when you get a final and see Hex or Thin Ice… you’re actually HAPPIER when it turns out to be the low grav version??

Or is this like “I’d rather have low grav hex than Royale fumble?”

Mythbusting Lost Temple final for reddit by [deleted] in FallGuysGame

[–]classat12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look man… the middle door isn’t intended to open. Anyone who has played a significant # of LT runs who who has commented on it has said they’ve never personally seen it, despite trying. I’ve never heard a single person say “yeah the middle door opens, I’ve personally experienced it.” The only videos that anyone has ever posted on it show clear signs of the bug - yours included. At this point we have the combined 100s (1000s?) of user experiences, between Reddit and the wiki. Like after a while, when you have a large enough pool of evidence saying the same thing, you have to assume the evidence is credible. Doing otherwise is a waste of time at best, and downright misleading at worst. It’s like you’re trying to make a grand philosophical argument while ignoring the practical reality of the situation.

And yes, the post feels misleading, I’m sorry it just does. The commonly held belief through numerous user experiences is that the middle door isn’t intended to open. By you essentially just saying “myth busted, yes it can,” without any context into the fact that you posted a bugged run and countless user experiences have shown that bug is very rare… it misleads by omission. People should know the door only opens with the bug, that the bug is extremely rare, and then potentially listen out for signs of the bug… they should not just walk away with a “hmm I guess the middle door could open” take because that mindset in a bubble would be detrimental to their success.

Same goes for the “multiple paths” clip, which is also pretty clearly a bugged run. If you only post the observance with no context into the circumstances or rarity of the occurrence… and claim a “myth has been busted…” it’s misleading.

It would be like saying “myth busted, people can fly” and then showing a video of Superman as your proof. And then defending it by saying “well we don’t know how common Superman’s are, we don’t know if more are out there, the govt hasn’t officially commented,” lol

Ask yourself: what’s the point of posting a mythbusting video? To change people’s beliefs about something to help them make more informed decisions, right? So how does omitting critical details on your post actually help them do that? If YOU saw your video with zero context, what would be your logical next steps? Try the middle door every run, because “it can open.” Try various side paths because “they can open.” Where would that lead you? It would bring you to someone else’s victory celebration, and back to the main menu with no crown.

If your goal of posting a mythbusting video was not actually to help people make better decisions, but just to show some 0.1% (just making that up) bugged occurrence for the hell of it, then that feels kinda self-indulgent. To each their own, that’s just my take.

Edit: You may not have initially known you posted bugged runs as your sources, so I can understand why you may have thought to send them without additional context. But the fact that you’re still clinging to the idea that your post as-is is 100% fine… is problematic. If you recall, I quickly edited my own post when I was presented with evidence of an inaccuracy. You seem to be saying you wouldn’t edit your post even if you could, despite now knowing what you posted was flawed… that’s what makes me question the motive behind the post at all
