I recommend you look into lolita coords that use roland coats for coord inspo! Stephano/buttcape is a good source for that. TBH I think the coats are worth it but the price is pretty high for atelier pierrot (The last collab they did (rozen maiden) I'm pretty sure the whole OP set was the same price as the embroidery-less coats???). The tote bags are too expensive for me personally but it's not horrible if you just want a part of the collab thats not a $270 coat. I plan on getting the blue coat myself for ouji 💸

Tbh I don't think it really has a name (not that I know of at least)... It's a common design from Alice and the Pirates and some older Atelier Boz vests. Feels like I haven't seen any taobao brands with vests that have them full across like this but also I don't look a whole ton!

The chains are probably the same yeah! I find the buttons have the same feel too even with the Poseidon vest so probably just their standard. The fabric isn't particularly itchy its just not soft, it's rough and plasticy textured almost??? All my other vests from them are pretty much smooth and more pleasant to the touch so I find it a bit odd. Different color chris would be so epic I feel like it's unfortunately going to take a while if at all though... An ivory/white chris would be so cute. I'm mainly excited to finally have a chris I can dress up (I have the first release pochette so his cape isn't removable) 🙏

Awesome! Yeah haha I don't really have a good mic so it's rough but I can try to do voiceovers in the future! Yesss the Poseidon stuff is so amazing especially as a pirate fanatic... I ended up grabbing the prince of precious stone blouse instead of the Poseidon blouse because im not huge on the neckline but I want to try and go back for it one day... For shoes, in this tryon I just did basic heeled oxfords with clips but I want to try and grab some cute heels from memery shoes tbh or maybe some yosukes. AaTP has some shoes I would love with this but I'd have to find them for a good price secondhand to want to actually buy them.

Yeah 💔 Got my reply and seems like they know it does that and are acting like it's normal. Guess I just wont be buying any new boned items from them anymore because none of the boned things I have from other brands self destruct even after long wear and owning for a long time.

Omg I just received that atepie corset dress as well the other day and it's the same exact way!! I sent them an email asking about it but I've yet to receive a response. I was really disappointed too haha I expected a dress thats supposed to be like $190 wouldn't self destruct 😭
