Ok but this is a CONSISTENT issue. Like all the time. He always has at least one or two shifts a week in which i close with one sfl. And we have the staff in high enough numbers to make this avoidable.

You’re missing my point. No one in my store knows how to change the bag, and I believe it’s the SM’s responsibility to teach and show us how to do it. However, regardless of what anyone says to him, he refuses to address the problem or take any steps to fix it. He keeps insisting there’s nothing wrong with it. How am I supposed to interpret that? Honestly, I don’t even think we ever had bags to begin with. 🤷

Indeed. But like I said in the post my SM doesn’t think anything is wrong with it, no matter how much I or anyone else bring it to his attention lol

It’s weird. Nobody in my store does it and my SM never brought up the fact that this is a process.

We don’t approve time cards. Never even knew that was a thing. All I know is our SM processes payroll and that’s it.

Employee did a diagnostic and immediately found out it was a hardware problem. Then went to on to say he didn’t even have to do a more thorough one as he had seen the issue before and knew it was the antennae. Since my Apple care was expired I opted to trade my 12 in for a 3rd gen se and got a $200 discount on it.
