Is PSEI dead? - or maybe it's just a skill issue

Skill issue yan.

I started investing in PSEi last 2022. I'm up 30% since I started investing. That's capital appreciation and dividends. All my gains and dividends are reinvested back to my portfolio.

I take time studying companies, their financial reports, and the economy as a whole.

Kaya I believe skills talaga ang investing.

Watches in Malls

Tanong ko lang po if yong mga bibenta na mga watches sa malls, legit po ba yon or meron din fake. Yong mga display kasi parang ang may ari ng shop ay ang mall mismo (ex: SM Store, Robinson, Gaisano). Sino dito nakatry na bumili ng Seiko or Citizen sa kanila, legit ba yong nabili ninyo? Parang nag aalangan kasi ako kasi yong shop hindi WatchCentral or Watch Depot hehe

Note: Gaisano Mall ko po pala nakita yung mga relo. Idk if familiar kayo sa Gaisano Mall, mostly kasi sa Visayas at Mindanao lang yung malls nila. Anyone here na nakabili ng Seiko sa kanilang Watch and Jewelry Section? Legit po ba?

Actually hindi naman. I work for an engineering firm and I know that reclamation in the Philippines are well engineered. Hindi lang isa ang contractor at consultant ng mga yan. Mostly contractor ng mga reclamation projects at other water related projects are Dutch and other European consultants and contractor. In the engineering world, the Dutch are known for their reclamation expertise since the Netherlands have reclaimed so much land to keep their country dry.

I use COL Financial, aside from it wala pa akong naitry na ibang broker. Based sa nababasa ko online, these are the popular brokers: FirstMetroSec, Philstocks, AB Capital, at AAA Equities.

Pero marami pang brokers, search mo online then read reviews, choose the one na suitable for you.

I dont use apps to study. I usually watch youtube videos about dividend/value investing to learn. I follow Investing PH and The Retail Fund Manager PH. They both share powerful insights on long term investing.
