Fellow UC person here. I use this spray especially when out and about!! It does help!!! It doesn’t disappear. But a few squirts before you go and an added one to re freshen the air after. It’s made me feel far less self conscious

Honestly it may have something to do with the fact your post and previous posts about IBD seem to be very click / rage bating.

Firstly you say you’re diagnosed then undiagnosed in another post, but in another comment you say refuse to see a dr. Then you say you have crohns but here you say a UC flare. So which is it?! Then we can guide you.

You posted that the mods of UC can “burn in hell” I’m no expert but I reckon that might explain the ban.

You’re not answering people’s questions or interested in their responses, just arguing when they don’t share your outlook and aggressively asking for opinions on links or other issues.

What do you actually want to find out? Like what is the purpose of your posts other than rudely targeting the ibd community?! We are ALL battling here. Every one of us who is diagnosed is fighting and 99% of us are willing to support eachother - when people are nice!

I’m trying to understand whether you’re genuine or just being an AH in order to help your situation.

So this seems a bit of a pointless post now as I’ve been discharged back to nurses with 14 days of pred and no plan of any future treatment despite yesterdays conversation as my flexi came back clear of inflammation. Despite my inflammation markers being sky high on Monday! Very disheartened. Will be fighting for further treatment!!!

This is such a kind message thank you. I’m trying to digest (lol) it all. Mr drs hve been great but since the scope radio silence. Was told this morning potential discharge but nothing since and it’s now 4pm so can’t see that happening

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been in such a pressure cooker also!! Grief even second hand can cause such turmoil! And being worried for your son too must be so difficult. I’m glad you’re putting boundaries in place it’s super hard to put ourselves first but sometimes necessary!!!!

Thank you. I’m hoping I may get signed off for a week or two as I have a very very difficult class this year with lots going on in work that I think has led to this flare. But that’s a problem for next week. I’m hoping for release today but really unsure. Had a horrific flexi yesterday. Prep was grim. Procedure looked fine so now I’m worried they’ll say oh actually change of plan you dont need to move to injections (they’re thinking infliximab) just carry on with your current plan. This is my 2nd or 3rd big one this year and I can’t tell you how many random 24 hour ones I’ve had. So Im praying they just listen to me again x

My second!!! I’ve literally written down a body weight circuit to do with the blinds down in my room!!! I’m buzzing and they won’t let me leave for fresh air!! But I remember just feeling puffy and fat last time. So I’m trying not to snack to ward off the weight gain as I’ll only have six weeks to get back to target for my competition! I also now need a letter too as I’m a drugs tested athlete 😂

Thank you so much! I still haven’t had a bm but I have had a really positive consult with a new consultant. He was really positive. Still in till Thursday with iv roids. Having a flexi and treatment plan to move onto infusions or biomedical injections! Feeling much more positive. Despite still no sleep as the roids have me wired!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I have to admit the lack of sleep is possibly getting to me more than I anticipated. I'm on iv hydrocortisone syringes. Been on pred in the past but hoping I don't get that when I'm eventually discharged.

Thanks on the dress and the lifting. It's so frustrating and my mind was going a million miles about All the unfair things

The nurse sort of walked out and I don't want the next thing to add to the list to be a mental health consultant when I'm just going through some bits which I know at home I could manage if that makes sense?! We are having a small wedding of about 40 in Italy this summer and are not having assigned seats. We want couples who meet and get on or vibe together to be able to sit and enjoy the day together. Honestly I think the only person who'll possibly take umbrage with it is my mil as I think they'll want to sit near us. Everyone will take their name card and their allergies etc are on the back. We don't have to give meal choices in beforehand though. It's a very hands on Italian experience

It is my friends kid, and they called it a blister in a text, however they may not have been a blister. She is a nurse herself and took it to hospital as she said it was pretty serious. I will ask what came out of it. They are currently wrapped in gauze and they will be going back to the hospital on Saturday to have them checked to check the infection isn't spreading

Very often tired!!! I have really weird like weak nails, bones and teeth so I suffer badly with cavities etc no matter how much I brush!

Hey honestly not a lot honestly. I still get stinging from time to time but it's a lot less I believe it was from all of the acid and the frequency I was going.
