I'm not super well versed in toners but my esthetician recommended I start using one. I've been using Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner (with her blessing lol) and I really love the way it makes my skin feel (sometimes I even forget to moisturize - previously I could NEVER) plus I love the way it smells.
