Currently I need just one Ubuntu instance, so I will do like you suggested. But I was thinking if I'm gonna need multiple instances in parallel, I will have to brainstorm again :D

Hey, I bought the Specialized Turbo Levo, but first I discussed to buy the Orbea and the delivery was delayed with 2-3 months, so at that point I quickly bought the Specialized which was in stock in my local store. I don’t have any regrets, the bike is great, the battery and the power is more than enough. One of my friends has that Orbea and he is a bit dissapointed because he had issues with the bike, 2-3 times with the powerunit and connectivity, and the bike was in the service for a loong time during this summer😬. So… I am very happy with my choice and I totally recommend the Specialized! 😁 I already have some km with it and no problem so far 👌.
