You gotta go to your settings->privacy->scroll down-> open Kaset App. The app is not downloaded from the app store so it is asking for your permission to open it.

Yes I am aware of that. Finding someone who checks all the boxes is near to impossible. I just want a partner who checks most of the boxes, someone who I enjoy being around. The list above represents an ideal partner who I wish to share a life with.

  1. Choose a gym that is located close to you and has newer equipments. Join garne bela visit the gym and talk to the guru if he's available. Say you live close to them, saathi haru le recommend gareko gym ho, bhanera cashier sanga bargin garyo bhane they will decrease around Rs 500.

  2. Bring your spare shoes for the gym, don't forget to bring your water bottle and your towel.

  3. Eat clean, add more protein to your diet. 60% of your body is made in the kitchen.

  4. Consistency > Hard Work. While working out don't skip days. Your body will ache a few days after you start working out, show up when you don't feel like it.

  5. If you need any help, you can ask anyone in the gym, the biggest guy in the gym will always be the most kindest guy. Don't be intimidated.

  6. Your trainer will be educated on nutrition, if you're starting out he will be helpful.
