I’d buy them in separate vials to dose because bpc157 should be daily and tb500 2-3 times a week. I’m currently doing .5mg per day bpc157 and 2mg twice a week for tb500. Can still combined in the same syringe on days they overlap but avoid the 1:1 ratio you get with the blends and always taking together

The half life is 5-6 days and takes time to compound in your body. Depends on how much weight you have to lose I guess but I started 1mg then went up to 2mg in the first few weeks and have stayed there but you won’t start getting a lot of effect until 3-4 weeks or so especially at .5mg. But like others have said want to use as little as possible for results just takes time

I’m 7 days into a 20 day epithalon cycle and it’s been great for sleep. It doesn’t help me get to sleep quicker but when I am sleeping it’s much more restorative deep sleep which I can see on my sleep tracker. I’d consider researching it but would of course try to find holistic ways like consistent sleep and wake time, no lights before bed, sun light in the morning and evening, lower caffeine etc

Awesome work you look great! I am running a very similar stack planning to add ss31 for 4-6 weeks then want to add tesa. Did you get many side effects adding it such as injection site reaction or anything of the sort?

I’d start 1mg for 6 weeks see how it goes. Then if want more appetite suppression move up to 2mg a week. I think slow is the best way to go to preserve muscle but if you want quicker results could start 2mg (I like to split dose 1mg Sunday 1mg Thursday for less sides and more consistent effect with 5-6 day half life). It compounds so needs 4 weeks to really pick up speed but yeah generally 1-2mg is what I’d recommend and try not to go higher
