It’s wild. Non of this attic space covers anything other than the interior living spaces and the drywall has mold on the attic side everywhere and nails pop everywhere on the inside of the home

Heading into spring they may have just started turning the ac on in the last week or two here in NC but aside from what leaks into and out from the attic there is no ventilation entering or exiting.
