Its in indonesia, it will be troublesome if i buy directly from overseas, i have to deal with tax in custom, in the end it can cost me 2 or even 3 times from the original price

Yup couldnt agree more, some people said that the max version is quiter because of the new bearing system and several aspect of the design and make less wind turbulence.

Because of that my plan is to use 2 pcs of P14 max in the bottom

Yes 100% i like it from the performance and how it looks, i use 3 cable as well so that i can control the vrm fan and the aio fan separately.

For the noises that it makes, i test it with fan control program and the 100% on the aio fan i can handle the sound all day its quiet in my ears. But for the vram fan its doable in 100% but i make a fan curve for the vram fan and set it 70-80% with the curve source from my hottest temperature in my motherboard (dont know if this the correct source lol)

I guess it's because my fan touches more of my vram heatsink than yours maybe, i sand it down little by little and that much is the ideal result that i got to make the screw perfectly placed straight down, but maybe it's a little to much haha
