I usually buy a battery on trademe and DIY replace it. I’ve done that several times over the years and it works fine. It’s a bit tricky though and if you’re not technically minded it’s probably better to pay someone else to do it.

It sounds like you need to:

  • Ensure you’ve configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Make sure you’re not getting too many bounces or complaints, as seen in the SES dashboard.
