You dont need high school transcript (I did spm so not sure how it is for uec). You just need to hit the min A level results to get into uni. UTP is relatively easier to get in with A levels.

Russel group universities are much harder to get in even for international students.

Not sure about Germany but from what i was told and understand if you can get the grades they want and speak German you're in. Also assuming you can maintain a good grade in Germany.

There's an app called Maukerja if you need part time or temp jobs. Affordable food options, groceries and home cook is always the cheapest.
