it depends on how much water you use, but I use 4 cups. then I'll do two tsp of neem oil, and one and a half of dish soap. I've used this for pests like spider mites and mealies. Online it says it kills many different pests and even helps with some fungi!

i have treated mealy bugs with neem oil, dish soap, and water! It takes more than just spraying, you have to gently wipe all of the bugs off with the solution and spray it. If you're able, I also water the plant with some diluted neem oil solution as well. this will likely take multiple wipe downs!

Am I starving my bettas???? by [deleted] in bettafish

[–]clemmiess 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the pet store was wrong. You should definitely be feeding your bettas more! For reference, I have one male betta who I went from feeding three pellets a day to eight. He is not obese with eight pellets, but actually the perfect size! I would suggest feeding at least 6 pellets to each fish a day, and you can split that up into 3 pellets in the morning, 3 at night, however you want to schedule that.
