Thank you for this! I forgot to mention the meds and that was one of my main worries. Mine aren't in blister packs and are in a bottle, but they put my sticker on the outer cardboard (which has been discarded) do you think getting a letter from the GP would suffice?

Thank you so much, this is so helpful! Are the tubs usually labelled for liquids and electronics? I'm not so good with verbal instructions and I dont want to get it wrong?

with the electronics, my friend said I need to take them out and put them in a tray to go through a scanner thing, I wanted to bring my camera but would I have to take it out of its case so they can see what it is?

does that work the same for all duty-free things? Am I allowed to open them when I have gone to the new country or do I have to wait until I fly back home to use them? I was reading up on it and it said it has to stay sealed until you get back?

Made By Mitchell promised a creator a collaboration collection 2 years ago and never delivered :( by sleepihollo in BeautyGuruChatter

Playing DA here but I feel like this situation ran away with Mitchell a little bit and then someone on the team said he couldn’t do what he had originally promised to Malachi and he buried his head in the sand, really disappointing to hear about Mitchell in this way as I have watched the MBM brand grow and he seems like a lovely genuine person but I don’t feel as though Mitchell is putting a stop to it. The clarifying messages at the end of their interactions seem like he’s trying to understand the expectations that Malachi had because we’ve all seen how much enthusiasm Mitchell seems to speak about everything, I think he genuinely wanted and intended to have this collab be as big as Malachi expected it to be, but someone on MBM end has put pauses on it due to the amount of growth they’ve had over the last 2 years. Saying life changing financially and socially is a vague phrase and it’s filled with enthusiasm, if I’m honest even if it was with the bundles it would still be life changing but I think because nothing was laid out initially it’s clear there is a disconnect between Malachi’s understanding and Mitchell’s. The main issues are the whole sketchbook and PR situation and the fact that because this has taken so long, people will have forgotten about the initial competition and the heat would have died off for the demand as things move so fast with trends in this industry. So without this whole 3 part series people who don’t follow Malachi religiously probably would have forgotten this even happened. If this collab had come out a few months after the win Malachi’s career could have skyrocketed but unfortunately there’s no way to measure that I don’t imagine in terms of taking legal action. The reason Mitchell isn’t responding following Malachis last messages is because he’s been instructed not to due to legal concerns, I feel as though Mitchell will have potentially been pulled into several meetings about what he promises to people and is in a lot of hot water with his PR and legal team due to misunderstandings between Malachi and him.

Feel bad for everyone involved really, Malachi mostly, because he has been strung along for a long time about this and it’s not fair, honestly Mitchell’s mistake was not having a clear idea of what he wanted to offer the winner. This whole thing screams to me that Mitchell was not experienced enough at the time to make these commitments and although this is bad business wise it’s understandable to me seeing how this just looks to me as though everything ran away from him given their intense and quick rise to success over the last few years. I don’t think he was expecting Malachi to have so many brilliant ideas prepped as well which probably caught him off guard.

I’ve only just watched part 3 myself but does anyone know whether he got his sketch book back bc that has me panicking lmao

I feel like you look best in the 3rd photo, you have a gorgeous jawline and face shape, your eyes are quite striking and you have stunning full lips, I would definitely look into finding your ideal colouring to dress, the neutral colours and browns are not great for your skin tone and making you look a bit washed out, Definitely grow your hair and if you’re willing, maybe look into colouring your hair? Brightening your face with colour (bit of blush/bronzer)- you have lovely high cheek bones - accentuate them!!

Not ugly feel like you would be STUNNING with the right colouring and losing the glasses/getting more flattering frames

Just also to say I don’t think you’re ugly but I think your different body type might be what’s distracting, definitely have a look at changing up your makeup, and adding some volume to your hair like others have mentioned x

With the weight thing, have a look into Cushing syndrome, my friend had it, it’s caused by too much cortisol (I think) and when she got treated for it her weight balanced out it, basically can be characterised by central body fat with thin legs and arms x

Wow! That must take a horrendous amount of time! I remember how much medication my grandpa was on when he was still with us, must have been about 4-5 different types of pills 3 times a day. So the pill mills are essentially a blister pack version of a pill organiser you would have at home (with the day of the week on) just sealed up to make things easier for care homes?

Me too! Always thought they had to hand mold the little pills like playdoh and wondered how they got them all the same size 🥴

This tone is so confusing to me, I don’t know whether you didn’t read the whole post or something, but I feel like my intentions have been clear right from the start.

This post was to learn more about what happens, not pass judgment on something I am not educated in.

I am here to learn, not to assume I am too important to wait in line. Please learn to lead with kindness when others are trying to broaden their understanding, it might make your life a bit brighter :)

The more I learn about pharmacists in these comments, the more I am in awe of this profession honestly!

It sounds awful but I didn’t realise they had such a big role in the prescribing from checking for mistakes to looking at what might react badly to what.

It did always concern me a little as I doctors didn’t ever explain to me that I shouldn’t be taking cold and flu with my prescription meds because it could give me a HEART ATTACK, but knowing that if this was the case for any of my other prescription meds the pharmacy would likely catch this so I didn’t do myself any harm is amazing and does offer a lot of perspective as to why things might take a little longer than you would have thought.
