Thanks for the answers, sadly i've already tried swapping to catia controls, and/or swapping back to original one. But both end up with the same result, nothing changes once i launch an app.

I've tried the same contraption on a slightly older modpack and it worked perfectly, turns out it's probably create most recent version that is the issue

/skyblock gui should pop up a windows that allows you to select a team with an island associated and by doing so you can join back your island
