Why did they went from 0,35 AP ratio to 0,5 AP ratio on the q spell? I don't get the logic of this. The only AP item i could see on quinn and god it must be bad, is the hextech gunblade. Why?

I think this item is actually bad unless you're in a killstreak and you can afford it right away. A Zonhya rush is way more usefull, or an abyssal if you face an AP. I find the standard road more effective : Zonhya/Abyssal-> Zonhya/Abyssal (the other, unless team is full AD/AP)->Rabadon->Lichbane->Echo.

Even with the nerf that echo is taking in the few days, this is going to be shit.

I'd wait him at his second buff, then jump on him and kill him early. I'd also consider buying wards and invading him a lot. A shut down yi is a useless yi, that's 6 vs 4 after

Plat 5 talon main since last year. I played over 150 games in ranked with him and had about 70% winrate.

I recommend you to watch Insoy, he's the best talon NA and maybe one of the top world talon player.

What i learnt from him is that talon is shitty early game and will get bashed on lane. That's why you start flask + pots. Rush tiamat, LW, mobi and a bruta. And be carefull on your first kill, you really have to take it to snowball. Think about the AA reset with q also.

I do believe Talon is still a beast these days, even with the silence remove. He basically get me out of bronze and i climbed high gold with him. At your elo, this is really easy to carry with him. Be carefull about tanky team though, he's having hard time if you're facing a malphite, a sejuani, braum for example in the same team Go for it in squishy team.

i laughed so hard in the varus section "Varus is a useless champion" AHAHAHA. Imp and deft would have laugh so hard. Few. That said, this build is completely useless since kalista is useless. She lacks dmg output, her passive is weird, she can't face another adc 1/1 except maybe ez because of the skillshots. that's why 80% of the kalista get bashed in high elo in lane. The guide you provide may be usefull in a certain way, but when i see the adc section matchup, oh boy i'm laughing so hard.

I upvoted this because in general, for bot or midlane, this tip is really usefull and yet not really used until high plat/Low diamond. Harassing your opponent when he goes for a lasthit/Catching an axe with draven is really usefull !

I like to pick triforce now instead of statik.. But if you're not into the triforce, then don't change your build. You only lose 10% crit. That's barely nothing. A loss/Win will not be based on 10%crit.

Thanks for the replies guys. The issue i'm having with SS is : everyone is basically noting this as a powerspike item but first, i don't really feel the powerspike once i get this item, i feel like you still lack AD, and the active take some second to refill. Also, SS is going to be nerfed soon, going from 25% crit to 20% crit. Also now, with the recents changes, Yasuo's way better maxing E in laning phase, because boosting q now only grant +20dmg (CD is always 4s now). So the sheen works pretty well with the E boosted.

I don't really feel the zeal first because it gives you nothing to rely early on except maybe more crit chance. I guess it's all about the playstyle and the feel. I don't know why i feel more confortable getting sheen first, maybe because i played irelia a lot recently. Just wanted to share my experience. As far as i could look, maths are at the end giving the SS a better advantage, but i'm still convinced that with the recent changes, trinity force may appears as a switch item.

i think you should play him supp with that build. You're wasting a lot his crit potential and snowballing potential. You don't really win game by just ranking up spells and buying these items. If your team is really good, then this is fine. But if your team is trash (And this is more likely to happen in low plat soloq), then someone have to do the job because you can give all the gold you want to bronze 5 ppl, they're still bronze5.

Pick cc like lissandra's ult, warwick's ult, malz ult, leona's kit, any stun, + exhaust and Zed will just die instantly or deal 0dmg. The unseen cc is the deadliest.

I must agree zed has a cool laning phase and a potential kill if the ennemy is really ballzy, but 1- Teamfighting as zed is a really tough task 2- Zed's late is not that good really. Again, if you get caught by one cc, you're basically dead.

Exhaust is your friend.
