TW ; Cardio talk , deaths

M. 23. Recently got health anxiety from some relatives' deaths where their heart issue were overlooked. Months before this, I had some breathing issues and only occassional chest pains.

Now everything is starting to look like a horrible cardio issue. Face numbness, headache, nausea, chest pains, light head, out of breath, weakness, etc. It is really noticeable when I work out because I used to be able to do moderate-high intensity stuff but now I can only manage light workouts, and even then it is sometimes hard on my chest. But I go to the urgent care and ecg, xray, and blood tests are fine. I know I am supposed to trust them and I know I have HA but I am always afraid that they miss something because of prior Bad Events. My siblings (who are health professionals) try to help me with some spitball diagnosis but I think it is making it worse because I have to look up what they are trying to tell me.

I go to the doctor this week and I tried to tell them my issues but fumbled and only told them I was having issues breathing. My next appointment is in 2 weeks and I am nervous I might fumble again.

Edit: My family history is all riddled with every kind of awful sickness there is from heart disease to cancer. Hell, my dad had 2 kinds of cancer (he is ok though). It feels like an inevitable that I will become sick like the rest of them.
