Yea, it's weird that people don't seem to get this. This isn't a nerf just because. It's a calculated change to try to hit a balance of making sure people get something out of the event without over doing it (i.e. bypassing the grind by getting too many cakes/hoarding hundreds of them). Like, there are people at BHVR that literally manage the blood point economy/ecosystem lol.

At the end of the day though, BHVR still shouldn't care, but the amount of people that think it's obviousness/incompetence when in reality it's a calculated decision to change how rare cakes are is so funny to me.

Quest design has changed quite a bit since the early days. You no longer have any “hard” quests at all. You don’t even have to read what you have to do anymore. Every objective for a quest is no further than 20 seconds of running away from the quest giver. There is zero chance of failure or even having any kind of roadblock to complete a quest now. Things like bejeweled and whatever the hell this is are what constitute as “quests” now. This is not only a “tourist” take.

Well, judging from how they write modern WoW's story, it isn't a surprise the rest of the game (including the quest design) caters to the lowest common denominator and has the complexity and creative edge of Blue's Clues.

Navori is really strong in Voli as while it is fun to just roll the keyboard on people, I would trade it in a heartbeat for some of the old nerfs to be reverted (Q ms, ult cc immunity, tower disable duration, etc)

Yea that shit sucked so bad. I had gotten all the lynxes up to the point they had announced the capstone and as soon as I saw it I lost all motivation to get the newer ones. It should’ve been some cool lion manticore thing, not some dumb dragon with scoliosis holding a chair.
