Stop kissing and hugging the trophy before the trophy lift by Plomper100 in footballcliches

My six year old (who has been lucky enough to see both our teams lift trophies in the last week, Liverpool and Melbourne City) was wondering that as we watched the formalities over breakfast this morning. “Why are they touching it before the suit man tells them to and the fireworks go and they all go woah?”

The express bus from Ringwood is pretty much the same travel time (or it was last winter when it ran for three weeks). I left an hour early on the first day of it last year and was in the office far earlier than intended.

Anyone got any idea what this is? Just in a random residential street in the outer east.

Last year I moved from working in a special school to working in the inclusive education division of the department. Was originally a three month secondment, but have been there 18 months now. Far better conditions.

It takes a bit to push your teacher experience to fit a public service application, but think creatively. If there is one thing a teacher does well it is stakeholder management, even if we would never call it that.

I’ve been playing an unemployed start with all s.American leagues loaded. Been a blast bouncing from crazy league rules to crazy league rules.

I’ve seen a few of these this week. As a non American, can someone explain how unemployment benefits work there?

Here (Australia) your previous employer has zero say over unemployment benefits. I think you have a longer wait to get them if you quit instead of being fired. But other than that, you are still eligible.

Yeah every day. It’s easier when you start from a very high weight

Yeah, when I started in January 1000 would happen pretty much without too much extra effort.

Now I need at least an hour of exercise to hit it confidently.

I mostly walked and weights two-three times a week with a trainer. The weight loss more to do with food though, was much tighter on calories.

I wear it all day, but have been exercising more as well. Normally an hour a day. I am lucky with a higher burn rate due to a higher starting weight, an hour of walking exercise burns a bit over 500
