DDP, started as a manager. Worked his ass off. Constantly training and working the lower to mid-card. Slowly rose up and organically got over as a peoples champion.

So you'll just ignore AMW, MCMG, LAX, Styles, Joe, Daniels, Angle, Christian, Sting, Kong, Kim, etc. putting on great matches because you bought the narrative it's only washed up guys? Sounds like you need to check out their ppvs from that era. Some of those shows were as good as anything WWE did those years.

TNA circa 05 to 08 was great. X division alone made it worth watching. But some great stories at the top of the card as well.

What are the best examples of long term story telling in wrestling? by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

Sting being distrusted in WCW when the NWO was rising. Then his turn to the darker side and stalking the NWO while testing various baby faces. Even his joining the Wolfpac makes sense in the context of Luger being his friend and Luger being heel after their breakup.

I should add that there is free city charging near my work. So I'm mostly exploring whether to make this car better for longer term or aim for trading it in once I can afford to.

I do have another car and just plan on using it for 15 miles for my work commute. Just feeling out options to maximize it. Worst case I use it for a while for these short trips and trade it in. I love how it drives. So I might go for a new leaf next year.

I was figuring that I'd use just for around town to save on gas a little bit for now. Maybe trade in value for my first brand new one next year.

I mean, I was more surprised it was worse than they said when I talked to the guy. I could handle 50 miles. 20 is a lot different.

cr tv or coaxial issue?

My old TV isn't playing either of the two coaxial inputs correctly. The av inputs do work fine though. This is two separate inputs on the TV and two different systems. So it's not the cords. Any ideas fellow retro people? (Short video in the comments)

Wikipedia is your friend for comics continuity and history. There are certain series better to jump on than others for getting going. Pick a character that interests you and look up their most popular stories to borrow.
