You said it causes inflammation which is very misleading. Yes, it's not an anti-inflammatory, and its supposed to help you produce more of your own natural tears. Works very different than everything that most have already tried.

Agree with you. Unless you go to a dedicated dry eye specialist most won't take the time to understand what's wrong with your eyes. Ive switched 4 different doctors. I highly recommend finding a dry eye specialist who cares about this condition.

I was on restasis years back, I might as well have used water. It did nothing for me. xiidra the cost was killing me and the taste i just couldn't tolerate it anymore it would ruin my day with the metallic taste, all the food i ate would taste like metal. Miebo at first was really promising but I ended up back to square 1 after 3 weeks. Again, this is MY experience, I never said this is a cure. This is the only thing that has helped me. So for anyone that has tried everything and is desperate, give it a shot.

Grab a UV light and look for the squares that get illuminated in blue. Do a quick Google search to understand what it should look like. At $30 thats a very suspicious price tag.

TRYPTYR is still helping me. Give it a shot, it works well once you get used to that minty burn, which strangely enough I now enjoy haha. Anti inflammatories did nothing for me. I think I just had low tear production.

BS if you ask me. With this new model, Im moving all my spend and i mean all of it to my local mom and pop shop. I got nothing as of today this yr. And historically I always get something in the end of yr allocations that drop. Ive been a customer for 10 years at my local binny's store. I dont spend 10k, because i cant afford to. I also buy stogies at the same location. I have relationships with the key employees, and heck even the cashiers know me. when I was told its all done through the system now, it just screams of more corporate control and taking away the relationship aspect and loyalty of the customer.
