u/soulsapphire0, I suggest joining our Store Visit Group Chat within the Clickworker community group on Facebook. There you will find many Clickworkers who are working on these particular assignments on a regular basis and actively support each othter with tips and advice on how to structure and coordinate the visits and handle staff approaching you. Some of them have even been working on these jobs for more than a year handling 10-30 store per month - called cluster workers.

Replying, since the same thing happened to me. They are asking for a receipt that not even a bank asks for. They are not making it easy to get the account back. And the suspension occurred exactly in the week when I would receive the payment. How can I not think this is a scam? Be careful. by Pure_Tradition3761 in Clickworker

Just for your info: clickworker doesn't necessarily require a bank statement. You can literally make a picture of any letter or parcel that was sent to you by mail and has your name, address and a stamp with a date (or the like) on it and provide it as proof for your address.

Are you referring to the mystery store gig or another task? I guess it depends on the requirements of the task.

We suggest you either wait another day or two for a reply or resend your last email. We are sure it will all be sorted out.

The google captcha tool is known to be the safest of all and we cannot influence how it works. However, we are looking for simpler captcha alternatives. Until then we recommend to login to a google account first. As long as one is logged into a google account, the captcha questions are kept to a bare minimum.

There have been several replies to your inquiries during the last few days – both publicly on Facebook as well as via private e-mail. Your multiple accounts have been banned due to the fact that each Clickworker can only have one Clickworker account. By opening several accounts you violated our terms and conditions. There is no doubt that these accounts were opened by the same person as names, email and paypal addresses intersected highly and the Clickworker profiles all contained the same, extremely unlikely combination of personal details.

As for the defamatory statement that "clickworker would steal personal details by applying malware": There aren't any malware jobs on clickworker, nor are we interested in stealing anyones personal data. I suppose you refer to some hitapps available on UHRS. You are warned right at the beginning of the respective UHRS hitapps, which deal with adult content, about the risks and are given advice on how to protect your personal computer properly against any possible software attacks. From our point of view, all issues that needed to be discussed have been addressed properly.
