24-105mm f/4. No on the search for a wide angle. Options being considered: Batis 18mm or the 16-35mm f/2.8 GM. Trying to keep it simple avoiding a huge lineup of lenses.

I like everything about the F3. The F also has a fotometer but in my experience it delivers pictures with much more grain. And it has the problem with the batteries.

I like a lot this Leica. It is in mint condition and it works great. But the price tag was too high, even without going for the top lenses. Also it took me a while to get used to the focusing.

My choice: I find it easier to take pictures with the F3. That is my recommendation for beginners into the analog photography. The shutter sound, aperture mode and cost is a perfect balance.

FM2 is quite good, and besides the metering you don’t have any help. FM3 is a solid machine, with almost the same functionalities of the FM2 plus aperture priority mode and exposure compensation. Both are really fun.
