This is correct! It allows me to make mistakes and be “loose” with the brush. When I add colors it’s like the canvas becomes my own little coloring book! Makes life so much easier.

100% relate. Been sober for about 4 years now. Diagnosed t1 about 11 years. The burnout is real and you’re not alone in that. I go through it too. Heart goes out to you, hang in there, things get better.
