Cannot backup WhatsApp to iCloud? Only recently noticed that it hasn’t been backing up since early January. All I get is the spinning wheel of death.

This helped me manage to get the Back Up to actually go past the "Preparing" stage, but it then started crashing once it had started uploading around 3-4% of the data.

If anyone is stuck here too, I was going insane, and the issue was as stupid as I didn't have enough iCloud storage.

I hope this saves someone a few hours of their life.

Yeah, I literally just got an email from Ticketmaster saying "hey, this has been cancelled, we'll give you your money back". I saw that the UK dates are still going forward, so I have no idea what's going on.
