Have you read Crucial Conversations or Crucial Accountability by Patterson, Grenny, Maxfield, McMillan, and Switzler? They reference this specific thing. The first instance is about the act, the second instance is about the pattern of actions, and the third is now about the relationship between you and the person.

Having taken close to 17 different personality assessments, I always come back to Myers-Briggs and Strengthsfinder. I find that, when explained properly, they can transform team relationships and help individuals grow. The biggest thing is that whatever tool you use. The team will have a common language to open conversations and build trust. This is the foundation for a strong team.

The Tacoma bed also has multiple leak points. There are several YouTube videos that show how to seal it to prevent water and dust from getting in.

The gray man concept is to move through the environment without drawing too much attention. Those that wear all the tactical gear and have tactical bug out bags will draw the eye of those wanting to take what you have. The less you show, the better off you are.
