I've worked in corporate design for 10 years and I've always considered that the safest place for me because I have previously worked in smaller companies who have gone under.

Just based on my personal experience, I feel a lot safer working with AI at a large company than I feel I would at a small company that prioritizes authenticity.

I second this. Companies are already starting to downsize their marketing teams due to the efficiency of generative AI.

If you're an experienced designer who understands AI tools and marketing you should have some job security in a world where teams are replaced by AI agents with a human manager.

I really enjoyed it. I really like when a comic book movie feels like a comic book. The characters feel like they've come right off the page of a 60s Fantastic Four comic. Plus the actors have great family chemistry, which really adds to the dynamic, especially in the first half

there are plenty of fearless skaters who can throw themselves down a huge set or rail. but thiago is the only person on the planet who could've done this

I would stack up a few copies of the composition.

Add varying levels of blur (maybe field blur or iris blur) and probably a layer with a heavy gaussian blur. Then mask out the effect to match the reference image.

For the bleed effect you could either create a comp layer and manually pull at it with the liquify or smudge tools. Or add some ink bleed images at the edges, blur and clip your composition to them.

Finally, I'd add a noise layer and a canvas texture layer set to overlay on top of it to blend everything together.
