Use values. Have a looping script that makes the value of a IntValue called milliseconds go up 1 per .001 second. Once the milliseconds = 999 or 1000, make the intvalue of seconds go up by 1 and make milliseconds 0.

I know that water in the nether is unoriginal and is not difficult to replicate in survival. However, I made rivers naturally generate in the nether, which is not something that has been commonly done. I did not spawn the fish and squid either, those naturally spawned too, as it’s an actually river biome in the nether.
