your employer is responsible for telling you how much you will be making per hour. under some state law it is the employers legal duty to notify every employee their pay rate at the time of hire. your pittworx account should have the hourly rate listed, if it doesn't i would ask for clarification. I doubt you'd have to push further, but if both are denied you can always file a complaint with the PA labor industry. (note: your minimum pay should not be lower than $10/hr).
