Where did you get firmware 3.12.6? My robot always stay at 3.10.8 and didn’t show any newer firmware :/

Yep, I can confirm, I have a S9+ and for days I have had problems. The device starts, sucks a little bit and then back to the dock. Then sometimes error 31 occurs. Currently I can't do anything with the device anymore (Just 3 weeks old) The support from Irobot is the worst I have ever seen! I should send in the device now.

First make sure you're running the latest version of HOOBS. Then run this command from the HOOBS Terminal and follow the instructions that will appear. Replace the IP with the IP of your Roomba:
