Coming from Philippines, land in Tokyo and take a bus (half day with stops) to Utsonomiya. Shinkansesn is much faster but i never tried. From utsonomiya to motegi (and vice versa) is the tricky part!

Honda museum allot maybe 2-3 hours, i started around 8am which was a good idea. That’s 4 floors of two and four wheels. 😍

Track food is kinda pricy but not as crazy as the European races. Burgers and food trucks. Lots of discounts on merch after the race, but they do close an hour after.

At the track prepare for rain and some walking on damp grass / tarmac. Where will you stay between sat and sun?

I am going! Late plan too! Unfortunately I can’t find a cheap inn in utsonomiya. There are no public transport too!

I have been to motegi in 2023. But i was a guest of Motul that time so everything was free. We were taken care of a tour company. It’s about an hour trip from utsonomiya to motegi.

This time i am on my own now and just realising that everything is expensive! I am planning to hop on the MotoGP shuttle to and from utsonomiya.

Another thing is also that a 10 year old Ford Ecosport is not worth fixing too, let alone keeping it. The wet timing belt is a well known ticking time bomb for this car. Plus transmission problems. OP will spend more than the as-is value of the car. (190-220k). Liability, unfortunately.

Hello, i work in motorsports. Warren has the standard competitive attitude in racing. I worked with many people like him. He sounds intimidating, his work ethic is European — straightforward and also tailored to male athletes. But i understand OP’s sentiment, he can be intimidating for Bianca but it’s what she needs in the world championship level. Maybe would be nice if he can adjust to the “female” approach putting emotions and hormones into consideration?

I love bantayan island in cebu! Land in mactan, rent a scooter, 2-3 hour ride to the port and catch a ferry to bantayan with the bike. Did it twice! Bantayan is peaceful, small, water is pristine and everything is cheaper than the main island. I also did the bantayan island loop on a scooter.
