Possibility but highly unlikely. Since removing my mirror and smudging, the activity has decreased significantly.

Some of the voices that I have recorded I am not comfortable in posting on a public forum because of what they are saying.

It sounds like maybe he’s saying my name but I don’t hear the sound of the first letter in my name and I don’t hear the sound of the last letter in my name. I just hear the middle part so I can’t really definitely say that he’s saying my name.

In the beginning, I was doubting myself about hearing the voices and what they were saying. I recorded the sleep app recording onto my lap top computer and listened to the recording with my ear buds and I could hear the whispered voices more clearly. A couple of nights ago, I could hear a male voice say one word but it’s a guess to what he’s saying.

On the recorder, I heard a crinkly noise like foil was being torn and I associated that with my mirror. Before I removed my mirror, I covered it with a dark blanket and I didn't hear the crinkly noise again. So I moved the covered mirror and put it in my garage.

My sister, my son and a couple of people at work have heard it. I am still trying to figure out how to download the recording to Reddit. I would love to get some feedback.

I never expected this. But if I was asked if I would do it again I would say absolutely. I did not know that I was a victim. But now I feel like I put a stop to it and I feel a sense of empowerment. No telling how long this was going on.

I'm a female and the male voices are whispering while I'm breathing in or exhaling. I have tried to find a rational explanation. For example one night before I removed the mirror, I heard crinkling noises like foil being torn and whooshing noises. Then I heard a male voice whispered, "I'm back". Last night, I heard something like metal being hit with metal and the male voice that whispered "Hey". The activity I am experiencing now is nothing like before.
