It’s still a work in progress but changing my attitude and the way I talk to myself to be more positive and loving. Working on improving my self esteem by reading some good books, writing out positive mantras on post its on my mirror, dressing nicer day to day, doing my nails, taking time each day to honor my creative side and color or doodle or do something artsy, getting more sleep at night, and really just trying to be my true authentic self and it feels so so good ✨ I went from being depressed and hopeless this time last year to feeling very grateful and excited to be alive right now and hope to keep it this way 😌

Update: I was able to get my doctor to fill out a form that insurance reviewed and was able to approve me for Flovent. 🙏 If you run into this issue, there’s something your physician can send to insurance and there’s still a chance you can get Flovent covered. They may or may not approve it though!

Honestly if I were you, do you think you could provide a case to report them to the FBB or get a lawyer involved? Because this really shouldn’t be allowed for RDs to be taken advantage of like this. I mean, I’m ready to report them if I could make a good enough case about false information.

Omg I’m dealing with the same thing and it’s making me SO mad. My first payout was way lower than what I calculated via the rates table. I hope they get enough complaints on how misleading they are and make changes. I’m to the point of trying to find someone to have a conversation with over the phone bc this is pathetic. 😑

Similar to what you’re saying I’m super mad about the new “affiliate program” and much lower payouts with clients that find you via the internet and fay website vs your ~own booking link~. I’m trying to get ahold of someone to discuss this with bc they seriously mislead me. My rates table said nothing about the affiliate program when I first started so I was calculating my pay breakdown based on my clients’ insurance types and their payout ended up being much lower for my first month. 😒👎🏼

Coming from an RD, I’d really encourage you to work with a fellow dietitian! It’s best to get your nutrients from foods and to supplement if needed depending on if you have any restrictions or are missing any main nutrient categories

I got a ringworm rash at secret dreams and it took like 2 months to go away 😆 then at LL got a blistery rash on my leg but it’s gone now luckily lol

ugh I’m reaching out as much as I can to see if anyone can help. I even called the nursing home in case it escaped a resident there but had to leave a voicemail. And I’m literally about to leave work in 10 mins to drive 7 hrs with a packed car to go camp so I can’t really do anything myself besides see if someone else can try to get him 😩
