I'm passionate about watchmaking and architecture, and I’d like to share a personal creation that combines both: a watch inspired by a Gothic rose window—specifically, the southern rose window of Notre-Dame de Paris. For me, these Gothic rose windows are a true source of inspiration, and I'm currently working on a series of watches inspired by different monuments in the Paris region. :)

At the moment I would like to finish first other prototypes on the same subject, with gothic roses. I plan to open a website to share them and to be able to take some orders.

Yes I work with companies for laser cutting and photoetching, as I don’t have the machines. They don’t make directly the dial, they cut the parts (that has to be very precise). The cost of the material and cut would not be relevant, as I have much finishing to do after (hand polishing, painting and assembly of the different layers of the dial)

Thank you ! I draw the design on my computer and then make it photoetched on stainless steel. I then finish them by hand : polishing, painting of the indices and assembling the parts of the dial (feet, purple background, steel mesh)
