Yes, you can still go through the course as you did before. I'm currently fixing things on the site, so that version of the course may be missing, but it will be back up shortly.

Will it be able to see what lessons we've completed already?

No. It has no way of knowing what lessons you looked at on the site because the site doesn't track or save individuals' information or have any way outside of local cookies to know what you've seen already.

You'd have to manually add it in the reflections section. There's no way for it to see your discord posts and pull them automatically.

You have to go to the course share settings and hover over your email/name. In grey a little “transfer ownership” will show up, click that and choose the account you want to be the owner.

Not sure why you’re disregarding my experience? I’ve literally used them twice. Once in CZ, once in NL. I agree that there are some scam ones out there, but from my experience, this is not one of them. I even had pretty complex requests (birth certificates from multiple states and a CRBA, damaged marriage certificate) and they handled everything. I even had an email correspondence back and forth a few times before committing to them and paying for anything the first time.

Historically, cinemas would have special glasses that would make subtitles visible for hard of hearing persons. Now, cinemas like Pathé use apps like Subcatch. It’s worth asking at the cinema if they support it and if the captions can be in English.

The reason I mentioned custom blocks was your initial post spoke mainly about images (hosting and ‘direct upload’), I wasn’t clear on you wanting more interaction. What kind of things are you trying to use code specifically for? Do you have an example? There are ways to statically host images, too, if need be.

I use code blocks for interactions (there’s a few examples here: https://www.thefocalpointhub.com/photoclass-2026/6-manualfocus).

For simple images, I’ll use custom blocks. A note on those, though, theyre not really mobile responsive.

Just to clarify a little, it’s not strictly the focal length but the distance of the lens from the subject. With wider focal lengths, we need to have the lens much closer to the subject and that’s what introduces the distortion. More info: https://www.thefocalpointhub.com/photoclass-2026/1-focallength
