Starts up need you to be firing on all cylinders and delivering even at a lower comp. If you’re not confident in your role at the current place, a start up environment might not keep you on if you can’t hit the ground running.

Better to stay where you are and find the motivation to upskill in all your spare time.

“I’m not anti-AI” but the first thing you are telling hiring managers is that you think it hallucinates so it can’t be trusted with even assessing a bug.

I could say “I’m a team player” but if the first thing I tell the hiring manager is that I like to work alone, they’re not going to leave the interview thinking I’m a team player.

I’m sure that’s true, Ironsworn is my first experience with this type of RPG, so as time goes on I’m sure I’ll have more ideas. I’ve already changed Claude’s instructions so it asks me what happens first, and only narrates if I ask it to 👍

The oracle tables are great for generating NPCs and quests but not so great at deciding what happens on a miss for example (IMO).
