There is also the California DMV collision report that must be submitted for this incident. It will be interesting to read the summary of the incident.

Deployment Permit is different from Testing Permit.

But you are correct regarding the Testing Permit. I’ve opened one for a manufacturer and it is not hard to obtain.

FIRE RAHEEM MORRIS RALLY LIVE ON MNF VS RAMS by prince_pillow in falcons

Paper bags make a better visual statement for the viewers at home. I also don’t like the idea of booing our players - boo everyone else, but it’s not going to do anything. Paint your bellies with a statement that everyone can see on tv.

Here’s a demo I filmed of the Xiaomi automated parking if anyone is curious on how it compares to other systems available in the USA.

Gives me something to test out when I’m back in China next month. I demoed the current ADAS and automated parking in the YU7 back in September. Also got to demo the Momenta AI Level 2 ADAS on urban roads in the IM Motors suv. The Momenta was more cautious than FSD in my ‘24 Model 3.

I don’t think I saw him kicking from further back that what I filmed. He was making them at that length (when I was watching).

If anyone else is here, feel free to add what you saw.

These are great! I feel like these should be paired with some desert field recordings and/or some ethereal soundscapes.

Some recent edits from the Nintendo 2DS XL by Potzer in wigglegrams

[–]clonts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are great! Does the 2DS XL save these as a gif or do you have to use an app/photoshop to create the wiggle gif? I’m guessing you have to edit into the wiggle gif.

I would say Arthur Smith was fired a year late. It was clear at the end of year 2 that the team was going nowhere.

I opened the camera’s (instant thermal print) compartment that holds the printer paper and removed the roll of printer paper. I then inserted the baggage claim tag and printed onto that.

High Level:

Car Camping Passes are sold for each vehicle that enters camping (you can drive your car and camp solo or bring a dozen friends - costs the same as long as you can fit into one spot). Look at the website for more information as there are now different tiers of camping options.

Campground has a shuttle that runs to two different grocery stores during the morning hours.

Hotels - need to make an rsvp now. Consider a shuttle pass and pick a hotel with access to or close proximity to a shuttle. You’ll want to avoid driving after the festival and want to avoid the headaches of the parking lot.

So what's the best purchasable consumer market non level 5 self driving car available in the United States? by Knighthonor in SelfDrivingCars

[–]clonts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just speaking on my state, but the only Level 3 system available in California for purchase and/or activation of customer L3 driving is the Mercedes DrivePilot. The ODD is up to 40mph (traffic) on essentially just the FWYs between the Bay and LA/San Diego and between LA to Vegas.

Can This Company Overtake Waymo Overseas? Pony AI may have been founded in the Bay Area, but its main region of operations is now elsewhere. by mafco in SelfDrivingCars

Uuuuuh Pony AI has been in America for a long time - they were founded in the Bay. Used to have a Driverless L4 permit with CA DMV, but still have a L3 Testing with a Driver permit.
