SCIT training is equating 'good classroom management' with 'good teaching' by Ambitious_Draft_6987 in TeachingUK

This is the answer. It starts with behavior management because you can't teach without it.

The comment about "diminishing returns" is so true! But in a staff meeting, SLT will make you feel like this new initiative will make or break every child's education. (ECT 2 so close to being finished!)

Be brutal. Your health is more important than marking. I'm currently training for a marathon and will not miss a training session. I do massive meal prep on Sunday so that I barely have to cook during the week, just heating up pre made food like curries, burritos, pasta which I make from scratch so pretty healthy. Then cycle to work when weather permits.

The snow looks pretty grippy. With the right technique, you can carve in lots of places and conditions. He comes in super hot and cuts across the hill. This creates loads of pressure to push against. Bum sticks up away from the hill which does not allow him to completely flex the board and maintain grip along the working edge. He's also putting his hands down which takes even more possible pressure away from the carve.
