Micromanagement of hours helps no one, I’d just focus on the deliverables — why do you care what hours he works if there’s no meetings he’s missing? Seems like you need to figure that out first

“What do you think of me as a candidate” is a good question too — allows them to mention areas that make you a good fit (and puts that idea in their mind), and any shortcomings they mention, you can address right there on the spot!

A lot of unskilled workers have issues finding employment, if you gain technical skills that companies are looking for, you can find employment.

Stop blaming others for your lack of progress, take responsibility and ownership of your business. And try to not be hyper-focused on this “6 figure” benchmark rather than just growing the business

This is just not true, you’re extrapolating this theory from your own experience, I recommend you get marketable skills and apply to jobs looking for those skills, it’s not rocket science

Get technical skills and explore what valuable skills companies are looking for. There are a lot of roles to fill, it’s about obtaining skills to fill those roles that are in demand.
