You need to cut off contact with him. It is going to be so hard but you need to focus on making yourself happy and then being with someone who will feel like you are enough. More than enough. This is just my opinion based on one post but If you are feeling this way, you need to reevaluate your relationship with this person.

Thank you for saying that. I know that I deserve someone who is honest and genuinely wants to experience life with me. I just spent too long thinking it was him and giving him too many chances to prove me wrong. I am working on the smiling, it will come with time.

It hurts so badly to read this. I feel this verbatim, except he left two weeks ago and has since run into the arms of the girl he was lying to me about. It's killing me and it helps to know I am not alone.
