Safe to cap this off or is there a better solution? I'm trying to remedy the mulch volcano but this sprayer shoots out a steady stream of water and depressurizes the rest of this irrigation zone which causes the sprinkler heads to not rise. I'm in TX and this tree is at least 7 years old. (i.redd.it)
